By using the FACTS Checker, POD Dashboard, or POD Driver applications ("the Apps"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Apps are operated by Levocraft LLC ("Levocraft," "we," "us," or "our") on behalf of Tools & Accessories Corp ("T&A"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Apps.
The Apps are restricted to authorized T&A employees and contractors. Unauthorized access is prohibited. You must not share your login credentials or driver PIN with any other person.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and driver PIN. You agree to notify T&A management or Levocraft immediately of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.

The Apps and all associated code, designs, documentation, and content are the property of Levocraft LLC. T&A has a license to use the Apps under a separate service agreement. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Apps.
Your use of the Apps is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Apps, you consent to data collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
POD submissions — including photos, signatures, and GPS data — constitute official delivery records for T&A. Falsifying delivery records is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in disciplinary action by T&A.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Apps but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
Levocraft LLC provides the Apps "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps, delivery disputes, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or at T&A's request. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps ceases immediately.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted within the Apps with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
